Is this a fully custom website design?
Easy Launch uses a defined website framework with approved layout variations, shaped around your business and content. It includes focused visual refinement, rather than open-ended design exploration. If your project needs a fully bespoke approach, explore a custom FWS project.
Do I need all five pages?
No. We confirm the appropriate page mix during review. The base price covers the website engagement, so choosing fewer than five pages does not reduce the starting price.
What makes an integration “simple”?
A direct connection between your website or Gravity Forms and one external platform, using supported native functionality, straightforward setup, and limited field mapping. Custom code, advanced logic, and workflows across multiple systems require separate scoping.
Can you connect the tools I already use?
Tell us which tools you use during sign-up and what you want the connection to accomplish. We review compatibility and scope before confirming the integration. Support for a particular platform is not automatic.
Do I have to write my own website copy?
No. We create structured website copy from your intake responses. You provide accurate business details and review the result. Large-scale content strategy or extensive copywriting is outside the base package.
What do I need to provide?
Your business and service details, contact information, existing brand materials, and photos you have permission to use. Tell us about your domain and current tools. We coordinate required account access when needed; you do not need to send passwords in the intake.
What does the revision round cover?
One consolidated round of agreed content adjustments and reasonable visual corrections. It is intended to refine the website within the accepted scope. An open-ended redesign or new functionality is separately scoped. Errors against the agreed scope are corrected without using your revision allowance.
Is Gravity Forms an extra charge?
Gravity Forms is standard infrastructure, not a separate enhanced-form add-on. Its licensing is included while your website remains under our hosting and maintenance. If you leave that service, you become responsible for required licensing.
Is my domain included?
Domain registration and renewal are your responsibility, and the domain remains in your ownership. We coordinate the domain setup needed for launch.
Do I need a call before signing up?
No. The guided sign-up flow is the starting point. We review your submission for project fit and confirm the outcome and scope. If a specific detail is missing, we request that information.
When will my website launch?
Timing is confirmed after review and depends on accepted scope, build availability, complete materials, and timely feedback. We do not set a delivery date before those details are understood.
