TERMS & PROJECT REVIEW
Clear terms.
A confident start.
Understand the process, your payments, and what happens before and after launch.
Easy Launch is a website service from Foundation Web Systems (“FWS,” “we,” or “us”). These terms explain how we review your project, handle payments, build your website, and support it after launch.
01
Signup and project acceptance
Submitting your signup and payment begins our project-review process. It does not automatically mean your project has been accepted.
We review your submission within 3–5 business days to confirm that your needs fit Easy Launch’s scope and our delivery capacity. If we need clarification, we’ll explain what’s missing before confirming acceptance.
Work begins after we confirm acceptance and receive the information and access needed to proceed. If we decline your project before work begins, we refund everything you paid, with no fees or deductions.
02
What your project includes
Easy Launch starts at $1,995 and includes up to five website pages, guided intake, website copy developed from your business information, responsive design and build, Gravity Forms as standard infrastructure, one simple essential integration when appropriate, one structured revision round, and three months of hosting and maintenance beginning on your launch date.
Additional pages are $250 each. Up to three additional pages may be added before further scope review is required. A second simple integration is $250; a third requires scope review. Complexity may require a separate proposal sooner.
Easy Launch does not include unlimited revisions, open-ended redesign, custom applications, or complex multi-system workflows. We confirm any additional scope and pricing with you before undertaking that work.
03
Project payments
The standard payment schedule is 50% at signup and 50% before launch. For the $1,995 base package, that is two payments of $997.50.
You may instead pay in full at signup and receive the $100 pay-in-full incentive, bringing the base package to $1,895. Approved add-ons increase the project total.
Your website launches only after the project balance has been paid and you have provided written approval by email or an approval form. Payment alone does not authorize launch.
04
Your information, feedback, and schedule
You are responsible for providing accurate business information, required materials, and access to the accounts needed for your project. Please provide only content and assets you have permission to use.
We provide a project-specific build estimate after acceptance and receipt of the required information and access. Changes in scope, delayed materials, or delayed feedback may affect that estimate.
If we receive no response or required materials for seven business days, we may pause the project after sending a reminder. If you tell us about an extended absence, we’ll agree on a revised schedule instead.
A pause releases the scheduled build slot. Resuming depends on availability. A pause alone does not cancel your project or cause you to lose your payment.
05
Revisions and launch approval
Your included revision round is one consolidated set of feedback covering factual accuracy, messaging, agreed content adjustments, and reasonable visual corrections within scope.
Correcting our delivery errors or work that does not match the approved scope does not use up your revision allowance. Additional revision rounds, new features, and redesign requests are separately scoped.
Before launch, you review the website and provide written approval.
06
Project cancellation and refunds
Cancellation charges are calculated from documented work performed at $100 per hour, rather than an estimated percentage of completion. No cancellation penalty or contingency markup is added.
If we decline or end the project before work begins: we refund all project payments in full.
If we end the project after work begins: we deduct documented work at $100/hour and refund the unused payment. If the work exceeds what you paid, we absorb the difference and issue no additional invoice.
If you cancel after work begins: we calculate documented work at $100/hour. We refund any unused payment or invoice any shortfall. The total project cancellation charge cannot exceed the agreed project price.
We provide a summary of the work and calculation when settling a canceled project. Refunds are processed through Stripe.
07
Hosting and maintenance
Your first three months of hosting and maintenance begin on the website’s launch date. At signup, you select $129 per month, renewing monthly, or $1,399 per year, renewing annually.
Paid billing begins after the included period unless you cancel before the first charge. We send a reminder approximately 14 days before that charge.
Hosting and maintenance supports the approved website and its managed technical environment. Client-requested content, design, page, form, functionality, or integration changes are separately quoted.
General support has an initial-response target of approximately 1–2 business days, rather than a guaranteed resolution time. Critical outages and security incidents receive priority.
Applicable price increases receive at least 90 days’ notice. Annual-plan increases take effect at renewal.
08
Canceling hosting and moving your website
You may cancel your next hosting renewal at any time before it occurs. Service continues through the end of your paid monthly or annual term. Client cancellation does not receive a prorated refund for that term, except where required by law.
The standard handoff includes a website backup and relevant site access details. You or your new provider handles migration.
If you want us to perform the migration, we quote that work separately based on the destination and requirements. You approve the fee before we begin.
FWS-owned premium licenses, including Gravity Forms licensing, are provided while your website remains under our hosting and maintenance. After leaving, you become responsible for obtaining and maintaining any required replacement licenses.
Your domain remains yours, and its registration and renewal costs remain your responsibility.
